Hello Kanaga, This is very common feeling especially in first time mothers. So please do not worry. The movements that you feel near your upper tummy are most likely due to the babies feet as commonly [ not always] the head lies low down in the uterus and the feet lie on the upper part [ the baby lies in an upside down or head down position]. The feet move more vigorously [ imagine a child kicking its legs] and so they are appreciated more easily as they are big movements. If the abdomen is thin [ as in thin ladies] the movements are appreciated even more. So this is nothing to worry about. If all the reports are normal then just enjoy your pregnancy.
