I am 35 yrs old. I cannot digest normal food. This is happening for the past 7 months. As a result, I feel very weak. My skin is also shrinking and became very dry, full of wrinkles . What to do and what to eat

It appears to be a chronic problem. Get yourself examinaed ASAP! Gastroenterologist would be fine.
