HELLO AND WELCOME TO HCM.
UR HEARING DEFICIT AND RINGING IN EAR IS PROBABLY A SEQUELAE OF UR ACCIDENT. ITS VERY COMMON AFTER HEAD INJURIES. IT MAY BE DUE TO FOLLOWING REASONS;-
EITHER ONE OF UR 3 EAR BONES (OSSICLES) IS DISLODGED OR JOINT DISLOCATION HAS OCCURED; MAY BE UR AUDITORY NERVE HAS GOT DAMAGED; THIRDLY IT MAY BE DUE TO RUPTURED EAR DRUM. EAR DRUM AND BONE INJURY MAY NOT BE SEEN IN CT SCAN UNLESS IT HAS FINE CUTS AND HAS BEEN REPORTED CORRECTLY. U NEED TO MEET AN ENT SPECIALIST.
