I Cant Get Myself Calm. Any Advice?

i need to calm down and get my heart to beat normally. i cant get myself calm. any advice? i have heart problems. im alone and my parents wont be home for a while. im starting to freak out. i cant breathe very well and i keep passing out.

You may be having panic attacks, but since you have history of heart problems, you should go to the ER to rule out any physical reasons for your symptoms.
