I Currently Have Bumps On My Labia, It Started Like

I currently have bumps on my labia, it started like dry skin, now it is painful, itchy and stings a lot, mostly at night or after cleansing the area. I do suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa, I thought that was the problem at first, but these bumps are not filled with puss, or even have a head. I noticed this started when I started taking BV suppliments to try to eliminate the HS.
