Hi, I developed ochronosis on my neck due to long term useof hydrquinine. I am black African origin and 45yrs old. Is there any treatment plus hyperpigmentation on my neck.

Yes,there's treatment for hyper pigmentation.ointments containing glucocorticoids or hydroquinone could be useful.But it is good to consult a dermatologist to confirm the reason for hyper pigmentation,and take the opinion for using ointment for hyper pigmentation.
