I Did Masturbation Within One Week After Testicular Torsion Surgery. Any Problem?

My testicular torsion surgery did after 17 hours on my left testicle.But it did not remove. Sir, I want to know that how much possibility is there that my left testicle work properly? I have also another doubt that i did masturbation within one week after surgery , is there is any problem related to that?
