I Dont Want To Go To The Er If I

I dont want to go to the er if i don't have to. Takes two hours just to wait in lobby. I cleaned my fish tank and boiled the rocks and accidentally breathed in some through nose and now i have swelling in my nose (right side) and raised blotchy rash behind right ear. It started fast within 20 minutes. I took benadryl an hour ago and no luck. The whole right side hurts. Rash is slightly bigger now. Should i wait and see or go now.
