I Drank 2 Glasses Of Prosecco Yesterday Which Was 24hours

I drank 2 glasses of Prosecco yesterday which was 24hours ago, so would it be ok if I could start my 1st dose of Metronidazole? (This is for a tooth infection).
I am in agony and although I was originally given these antibiotics for the infection in August it did clear away, went to see the dentist after seeing the emergency dentist but then this Monday I am due for a tooth extraction, but I had seen the dentist 3 weeks ago for the same pain where they had given an X-ray but did not see an infection but prescribed me the above antibiotics but after 2 days the pain went away with anti inflammatory tablets but for a week now the same pain has been constant so I feel I should take these antibiotics as I believe maybe it is an infection as the other pain relief tablets are not helping.
