I exercise regular with a total gym own body strength for about 4 months 3 days week, and for about a week now I just woke up on a Monday and had to crawl on my hands and knees to the rest room I was in so much pain in my lower back, I could not even tie my shoes. I am 48 years of age, don't drink or smoke period, 5ft 9in tall weight 200 pounds, well a week later I feel better, a hot shower the hotter the better seems to help, I feel great enough to even bent and touch my toes in the shower , at night I sleep with a heating pad on low, and at work ware a back brace. I don't know what happen I just woke up with a lower back pain. today I feel about 80% better just doing what I just explained, oh I am a delivery driver on the road for about 9 hours a day 5 days a week,but in and out of my truck loading and unloading up to 5 to 80 pounds in weight. other then the back pain in 2014 I was given a good bill of health just to cut down on my mountain dew intake and I have. so will this go away or should I see my family doctor.
