Are you over weight? Do you snore in night? Do you feel sleepy in time? Do you have any other medical problem?
It could be sleep Apnea. Consult your MD for screening. If some of the answers are yes, you may need sleep studies.
Also I want to ask you, do you have any Psychological problems, like depression and bipolar disease.
