The symptom you are describing is suggestive of sleep paralysis. It occurs during extreme fatigue or during periods of stress. If you are having stress try and reduce it by means of exercise or yoga or meditation if available in your country. If you are overweight or obese or if you have snoring, try to reduce weight.
You may seek the help of a psychologist for relaxation techniques as an alternative option.
I also note that you sleep only by 1 AM. If possible yo must try to sleep early (between 9 pm to 10 pm, and wake up by 5 am to 6 am). Shifting your sleeping time to an earlier time point will help reduce your symptoms.
You can avoid caffeinated drinks during the daytime as they may worsen there symptoms.
Consult a psychiatrist or a neurologist - who may prescribe you certain drugs if the above measures fail.
