I feel heart beat pulse in my upper stomach and movement. Sometimes I feel something solidifies and I can feel with my hand it is hard & suddenly it disappears & my stomach is soft again. Sometimes when I feel movement it leads to passing gas. What could this be ? is there a fee for answering my question?
