I Feel Itching Inside My Penis Near To My Testicles

Hi I have an itch inside my penis near my testicles. It only happens when I go to urinate. There is no pain and no leak from the tip of my penis and it looks perfectly healthy. But when I go to urinate it itches deep down inside near my testicles so I can't even scratch it. But once im done urinating the itch goes away. What is this?

Hi.. You may be having urihe infection.. Drink plenty of water. Get a urine test done.. If needed you may need antibiotic if necessary.. Consult your doctor..
