I Feel Like My Ear Is Clogged. The Left One

I feel like my ear is clogged after listening to music. I cannot hear out of it at all. Did I cause severe damage to my ear?

My boys have a heavy metal band, I have been enjoying their music for 6 years now,along with all the 70s music I grew up with.I just found out I have nerve damage in my left ear and A hearing aid cant help. It is caused by listening to periods of loud music. My ears sometimes feel like their is cotton in them. Brighteyes
