I Feel Like My Heart Is Racing All The Time

I get these strange chest pains pretty frequently now (before they would be every once in a while). It starts on the right side of my chest, kinda high and close to my shoulder , then the pain radiates to my right shoulder and down my right arm. It s pretty painful, and I can t use my right arm for the few minutes that they last. Whenever they come, I can feel my muscles knot right above where they start, and I feel like my heart is racing all the time, not just when I have the pains. Can anyone tell me what this is? I m not sure if it s heart problems, because it s on my right side. Any help? I have gone to the doctor? She put it off as stress and ignored my worry. Sorry, that should be I have gone to the doctor! , with an exclamation point!

heart problems can be felt anywhere in your body, your face, chest, back...have a Dr test your thyroid, (ANA) for Lupus, for MS, for diabetes....heart problems usually start with something else...if you don't eat correctly or exercise too much, you may have depleted your salt/potassium levels...have some gatorade...(don't drink so much caffine, in coffee, tea or soda...)
