Sometimes you just feel that. I get it when I am stressed. If you think you might be having a heart attack there are some very specific things to look for... You get very sick feeling, EXTREME pain in chest, upper back, 1 or both arms, sweating, dizzy, pain in jaw. Otherwise...you are ok.
