I Fell Thursday Evening And Landed On A Metal Shower

I fell Thursday evening and landed on a metal shower rail. It was at the right side by the waist area. My sight was blurred and I became dizzy for a few moments. Right after this fall, I began bleeding when I went "pee". I have not had a period for about 20 years. Am concerned it was my kidney that was injured? I laid around Friday, but because I quit bleeding, I started moving around doing some dusting, shower, etc. I began bleeding again. What should I do? Do I have reason to be seriously alarmed? I really don't care to go to the E.R., where they make you wait foe sometimes, hours!
