I Fell At Work Landing On My Left Knee A

I fell at work landing on my left knee a few weeks ago. It does not hurt to bare weight or walk but is really swollen and red from knee to ankle. Numb on either side of knee with stinging pains occasionally. Has heat to the touch on front of knee and the huge bruise is now gone. Has been iced, heat wrapped, linimented and ibuprofen taken. It still swells twice the size what else can I do?
