I Fell Down The Stairs 8 Days Ago And Ended

I fell down the stairs 8 days ago and ended up with a huge bruise on my butt. 3 days after the incident I went to a walk in clinic because I though it was infected. I have had a blood infection caused by a bruise before. The Dr gave me antibiotics and I have been on them for 4 days now. The pain isn't as bad. But if I sit down wrong there is a very hot burning sensation in the area of the bruise.
I'm just wondering if I should go back in and have it looked at a second time.
