I Fell Down The Stairs On Monday. Tuesday And Wednesday

I fell down the stairs on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday I had a headache; since Wednesday I have had intense neck pain. On Thursday I was notified that someone I have rare contact with was diagnosed with mumps. I went to my massage therapist today regarding my neck pain and he advised me that my neck pain appears to not be muscle related. He stated that my neck is inflamed and referred me to a doctor. Can I wait until Monday to see my primary care practitioner or do I need to go to the emergency room before that?
