I Found A Pimple On One Side Of My Vagina

I found a pimple on one side of my vagina that was itchy that appeared to be an ingrown hair as there was a hair inside so I tried to pop it. The fluid that came out resembled the color of foundation and smelled like poop. The lump is still there and I am not getting any more fluid out. I have started menstruation today and it feels very agitated down there like itchy dryness. I am not using tampons or pads. Should I be concerned that the spot smelled like poop being so close to my vagina? What is wrong with me?
