I Found Two Another Lumps. Is It Starting Of Cancer Or What ?

Hi, I am 32 year lady. My son wiil complete his 4 years in this coming april. The problem is i had a pus lump in my right breast which was operated in dec'09. now again i found two another lumps. is it starting of cancer or what?

If the growth is spreading, then you should think in that terms of cancerous lesions. Because I have read in many articles that there shall be both spread as well as increase in size of the growth.
