hi i'm 17. i love dancing around, but lately i've noticed that my lower pelvic region hurt alot, and i get bad cramps occasionally.what could be the problem?

Do these coincide with your menstral cycle?  If so, it's not uncommon to start having period cramps when you didn't before.  I started getting symptoms brand new to me around age 19 and then again around 25.
