I Get Severe Swollen Belly To Point Where I Look

I get severe swollen belly to point where I look at least 6 months pregnant. It is very painful and I cannot sit up or lay flat or on my side. I get cramps all over and my body gets hot, fever like. I cannot eat because I feel full and will vomit if I do. I cannot pass gas or have a bowl movement. I actually do not have regular bowl movements. Maybe once a week. I've had an ultrasound, MRI & endoscopy and no one has been able to give me answers or solutions.
