I Got A Unusual Heart Rate While Eating

What the heck is wrong with my heart all of the sudden? I was sitting down, I ate dinner 1 hour ago. So I felt good, when my heart starts pounding really fast. I actually thought it was going to come out but at the same time I did not experience any pain. This has happened to me a couple of times, not a lot of times but without pain. But this one felt a little bit longer and stronger but without pain. Im still a little bit freaked about this. Im actually a teenager, so it s weird Im getting this. I felt fine, I was resting sense I finish eating . I felt no stress, I felt fine. It was just unexpected.

This happened to me..just decides to go fast for a minute or two. A doctor friend of mine said to watch my caffeine ( I drink way too much coffee) He kinda implied that it was a normal thing..like your heart wants to stretch it's legs. I haven't had any trouble with it. Next time you go for a physical you could ask about it. Maybe this is a good reason to go get a physical anyway. Good luck
