I Got Burned With Hot Grease In My Eye.

I got burned with hot grease in the eye today. No redness or swelling, but my eye is very sore . Should I seek medical attention today (which would mean the ER), wait to see if symptoms progress, or let it heal on its own ?

In case of ulceration you would have pain and redness. In the absence of redness only lubricant eye drops would be enough. They have to be put in very frequently.
