I Got Fever After Car Accident

i was involved in a car accident two days ago i didnt go to the er i felt ok. now i have flu like symptoms including fever, body aches, and vomiting after eating. can this be a result of the accident? should i go to the hospital? has this ever happened to you??

Hi,The car accident will not cause a fever.Fever indicates infection in the body.You quite possible have a GI tract infection.Its possible the accident and infection are co incidental.You should see a doctor about antibiotics if the symptoms dont recede in a day or so.
