I Got My First Period And It Lasted For 5

I got my first period and it lasted for 5 days . I don't really like it and it feels disgusting. Today morning , my pad was brownish but dry from last night . I thought my period was over cause when I wiped, barely anything came out. So I wore a liner and later in the afternoon . My liner was soaked with blood . I was so confused as it was my first time and so I changed into a pad. What's wrong with me?
