I Got Rhabdomyolysis During The Police Academy In January. I

I got rhabdomyolysis during the police academy in January. I had some muscle pain after working out and went to the doctor to get a blood test. My CK numbers are currently at 12,000. I exercised again (not knowing my numbers were that high). The nurse practitioner says she wants me to get blood taken again on Friday..but should I be going to the emergency room since I don't know if the recent exercise has increased the CK numbers?
