I Got Severe Urine Infection,pease Help Me

I am 29 years and 4months back I had a delivery thru c-section. Now I got severe Urine Infection with 18-20 pus cells.At that time I used Bactogaurd antibiotic medicine for 7 days. After a week it got reduced to 2-3 cells. I want to know now is it normal or still urine infection is there ? I am worried because i need to feed my baby.

How is your symptoms now? With a complete course of antibiotics you should feel better and need not worry. 2-3 Pus cells is quite normal and does not indicate an infection. So relax.
