I had Achilles surgery yesterday. The block wore off about 2 hours ago. I have a prescription for oxycodone/ acetaminophen 5-325 mg tabs. The pain is increasing. I took one pill 2 hours ago and just took another now. The pain is not going away. Can I take another now. My prescription says take 1 to 2 every 4 hours as needed for pain.
