I Had A Hysterectomy Problem Since Then I Have Had Problems With Bowel Movements

I had a hysterectomy about a year ago. they damaged my bladder and sigmoid colon. since then I have had problems with bowel movements, do I need to do anything about this ?

Get them repaired and sue the doc who did such damage...take second opinion from reputed gynecologists and surgeons to know what best can be done to repiar or correct the damage already done to you.
