I found a bump on my vaginal lip two days ago... today it popped and bled slightly.. it doesnt hurt but I m concerned as to what it could be

It is a boil, which is called Folliculitis. You can apply heat pad over the area and keep the area Dry and clean. You can apply T-Bact Ointment to reduce the infection.
