I Had A Heavy Period With A Low Hcg Level. Is There Any Hope I'm Still Pregnant ?

Hi, I m four weeks pregnant and experienced heavy bleeding with small clots and slight cramping, my hcg levels were 180 then dropped to 74, is there any hope they may go up? I have been trying for 13 months with 3 chemical pregnancies and an eptopic and now possibly miscarriage . Is there something wrong with me. Also to successful pregnancies in the past.
