I Had A Hysterectomy One Week Ago. It Was Done

I had a hysterectomy one week ago. It was done by the DaVinci robotix .
I have five incisions on my stomach spaced out which seem to be healing good.
Today I was hunting something and it was a tote of miscellaneous items my family just throws in and I picked up off the floor and turned over to dump it out, and I immediately felt pain, and a burning and stinging sensation. I waited a bit then called my Dr, they told me to not do anything at all tonight and to call the office in the morning.
I leaked a thin watery substance, but no bleeding and just minimal pain now. But I can feel that something is not right. If I tore a stitch what should I expect when I go in to see my Dr?
Also is it normal to feel so bad, in such a way that I have absolutely no energy, when I eat I immediately have to go to the bathroom. And I don't seem to have much of an appetite. I have been have some dizzy , blackout spells. I don't think I have ever felt so bad in y life, and my right thigh is still numb. Is that normal also?
