I Had A Loop Diathermy Two Weeks Ago, Could I Be Pregnant?

I had a loop diathermy two weeks ago, I have been having light bleeding and watery discharge which I have been told is normal . However on Wednesday (i was still taking the pill)I had extremely heavy bleeding which then stopped by the next morning , I was due on my period two days ago and still only have very light bleeding and no symptoms of my period coming that I usually get . I have had sex within the last couple of days . Could it be possible that I am pregnant or just side effects of my treatment?
