I had a ping-pong ball sized mass near my anus. When squeezed a large amount of foul smelling puss, blood, and liquid oozed out of the mass. What could this be ? Is it serious ?

It suggests infection and a possible infected anal cyst...get it checked and drained under antibiotic cover..meet your doc for the right treatment.
