I Had A Sharp Pain Like A Sudden Shock Right

I had a sharp pain like a sudden shock right below my bottom last rib on my right side. I was laying in the louNge chair relaxing. The sharp pain caused me to jerk fiercely, then I was afraid to move.at all for a bit, this caught me totally off guard. This happened on Monday today is Wednesday & it is still very sore to the touch, or to lay down or sit up,I can feel a small knot that moves a bit. No bruise, no scratch, no marks of any kind. I'm thinking maybe a pulled muscle. Hoping!
