hi , i am a 21 years old female , i had a small red pimple on my leg a week ago , but it started spreading into a red spot with rough scaly skin , never had it before , any idea what that is ?

Seems like you are getting folliculitis ...did you got a waxing done for your legs...usually waxing increases this condition...apply t-bact cream over it ..if it doesn't go then take an antibiotic course also.You can consult a dermatologista for above prescription.
