I Had A Sore Throat 2 Days Ago Now It

I had a sore throat 2 days ago now it isn't nearly as sore but I have like 2 pin sized white spots and other red blister like things on the back left side (not too big either.) Also if I swallow hard it tastes a little off like it did last time I had strep. (Which I am highly susceptible to.) but now there is no pain just those spots are still there and the back of my throat has long orange blotches. Anything I should be concerned with?
