I Had A Transabdominal/vaginal Ultra Sound And Results Come Back

I had a transabdominal/vaginal ultra sound and results come back as this ..... Endometrium measures 3mm right ovary displays a small cystic area with internal echoes measuring 18x18x16mm appearances suggest haemorrhagic cyst, a trace of fluid is visualised in the pod. What does all this mean I don't understand? I had my left ovary and Fallopian tube out last year now I'm having trouble with right one. Thank you
