I Had Alopecia Areata For The Second Time On The

I had alopecia areata for the second time on the same place on the scalp.
I used local and injection steroids
But I feel l loose more hair than usual from that area around alopecia
But now I use neoptide lotion and anaphase shampoo I want to ask if it will help me to make my hair grow up again in this area???
Am also always Burning sensation in the area around the alopecia when i got nervous or angry is it normal??? Iam afraid of loss my hair due to steroids injection
