I Had An Abnormal Brain Mri Recently Which Showed Several

I had an abnormal brain mri recently which showed several small lesions and 1 larger lesion. I have been having ms symptoms for several years undiagnosed. My older sister has ms. My neurologist has ordered additional brain mri pictures because the mri was originally ordered to diagnose migraines not ms. He also wants a panel of blood work to rule anything else out plus an EMG test. The blood panels he is wanting I have already done in the past several years and they were all negative for Thyroid issues, ANA, Rheumatoid Factor etc. What would you think as I am a bit scared going forward. He also mentioned a lumbar puncture would probably need to be done after all these other tests.
