I Had An Accident Last Year, And I Got Hurt

I had an accident last year, and i got hurt on my chin. Now i have a stitch mark over there, and its going on swelling day by day.. Even i consulted many doctors in mumbai, but couldn't reduce my scar.. Now one of the doctors has recommended me to do plastic surgery, but according to him, even after plastic surgery there will be a slight mark left behind.
Please suggest me what should i do ?
