I Had An Atv Accident 2 Months Ago. I Had

I had an atv accident 2 months ago. I had many facial features; sinus something, cheek bone, multiple fractures to my nose, my upper interior of my eye socket as well as the exterior, total orbital blowout, and a skull fracture about 1.5 in above my ear. All on the right side. I'm still having some significant pain especially when it's cold at night and in the morning. Shouldn't I be pain free by now?
