I Had An Itch Feeling On My Calf. I Don't

I had an itch feeling on my calf. I don't think I caused a scratch, but there were small droplets of blood on the surface of the skin. It happened last night as well. I finally used a bandaid on the spot last night. Tonight, I applied pressure with a napkin on it and it stopped. I'm worried that this summer when I had to take Xarelto, there may be some residual effects. I haven't had thinners since July, and was only on it for 3 months for DVT and PE. No apparent symptoms now??
