I Had An Itch On My And Stretched It, I

I had an itch on my and stretched it, I noticed blood on my finger & attempted to look in the mIrror. It looked like a scab formed. (But hard to really exam) I thought that I'm use to banging into things and probably this was once a wond that healed.

Well later that day I had my daughter & husband look at it, both said it was a mole. That it was raised had some black through it. I had my husband take a photo and I compared it to online photos of cancer, found no match. Now today it was itching again, same out come as prior. It seems soft and 'scab' -

Is it something to be concerned about.
