Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
you should not worry about follicular cyst and its size. Its a function cyst which will disappear once you take birth control pills for 3 months. It occurs due to hormonal disturbance when level of estrogen is high. Cyst withe internal echoes for which you were given lupride injections appears to me as ovarian endometriotic cyst (chocolate cyst). It also raises CA125. Chocolate cyst if it doesn't disappear with lupride. you may need to undergo laparoscopy for cyst removal. At present you can take birth control pills for 3 months, keep a check on cyst by doing regular ultrasound and CA 125 test. take care.
