I Had An Upper Molar "traumatic Extraction" Which Caused Sinus

I had an upper molar "traumatic extraction" which caused Sinus Perforation. My question is now that I am experiencing all this sinus pain, communication between mouth and nose, and infection despite antibiotics, is : WOULD THIS CONDITION, REQUIRING ANOTHER ORAL SURGERY BE CONSIDERED A MEDICAL CONDITION MORE THAN DENTAL? MY CONCERN IS COST.
